UBS AG, Zurich, Switzerland, has informed us on September 5, 2013, in
accordance with section 21 (1) WpHG (German Securities Trading Act) that
its share in the voting rights of Süss MicroTec AG, Garching, Germany, fell
below the 5% threshold on September 2, 2013 and amounted to 4.65% (Amount
of Shares: 889,826). 0,02% of the voting rights (3,322 voting rights) are
attributed to it in accordance with section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 of
the WpHG.
