accordance with section 21 (1) WpHG (German Securities Trading Act) that
its share in the voting rights of Süss MicroTec AG, Garching, Germany,
exceeded the 3% threshold on October 2, 2013 and amounted to 3.11% (Amount
of Shares: 594,407). 3.11% of the voting rights (594,407 voting rights) are
attributed to it in accordance with section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 of
the WpHG in connection with section 22 para. 1 sentence 2 of the WpHG.
Schroder Administration Limited, London, UK, has informed us on October 4,
2013, in ac-cordance with section 21 (1) WpHG (German Securities Trading
Act) that its share in the voting rights of Süss MicroTec AG, Garching,
Germany, exceeded the 3% threshold on October 2, 2013 and amounted to 3.11%
(Amount of Shares: 594,407). 3.11% of the voting rights (594,407 voting
rights) are attributed to it in accordance with section 22 para. 1 sentence
1 no. 6 of the WpHG in connection with section 22 para. 1 sentence 2 of the
WpHG.
