The BlackRock Advisors Holdings, Inc., New York, NY, U.S.A., has informed
us on June 11, 2012, in accordance with section 21 para.1 WpHG (German
Securities Trading Act) that its share in the voting rights of SÜSS
MicroTec AG, Garching, Germany, fell below the 3% threshold on June 5, 2012
and now amounts to 2.86% (Amount of Shares: 545,569). 2.86% of the voting
rights (545,569 voting rights) are attributed to it in accordance with
section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 of the WpHG in connection with section
22 para. 1 sentence 2 of the WpHG.
