1. The BlackRock, Inc., New York, NY, USA, has informed us on July 11,
   2012, in accordance with section 21 para.1 WpHG (German Securities Trading
   Act) that its share in the voting rights of SÜSS MicroTec AG, Garching,
   Germany, fell below the 3% threshold on June 29, 2012 and now amounts to
   2.99% (Amount of Shares: 570,217). 2.99% of the voting rights (570,217
   voting rights) are attributed to it in accordance with section 22 para. 1
   sentence 1 no. 6 of the WpHG in connection with section 22 para. 1 sentence
   2 of the WpHG.

2. The BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc., Wilmington, DE, USA, has informed us on
   July 11, 2012, in accord-ance with section 21 para.1 WpHG (German
   Securities Trading Act) that its share in the voting rights of SÜSS
   MicroTec AG, Garching, Germany, fell below the 3% threshold on June 29,
   2012 and now amounts to 2.99% (Amount of Shares: 570,217). 2.99% of the
   voting rights (570,217 voting rights) are attributed to it in accordance
   with section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 of the WpHG in connection with
   section 22 para. 1 sentence 2 of the WpHG.

3. The BlackRock Financial Management, Inc., New York, NY, USA, has
   informed us on July 11, 2012, in accordance with section 21 para.1 WpHG
   (German Securities Trading Act) that its share in the voting rights of SÜSS
   MicroTec AG, Garching, Germany, fell below the 3% threshold on June 29,
   2012 and now amounts to 2.99% (Amount of Shares: 570,217). 2.99% of the
   voting rights (570,217 voting rights) are attributed to it in accordance
   with section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 of the WpHG in connection with
   section 22 para. 1 sentence 2 of the WpHG.
