Mr. Tito Tettamanti, United Kingdom, has informed us on January 15, 2010,
in accordance with section 21 para 1 WpHG (German Securities Trading Act)
that his share in the voting rights of SÜSS MicroTec AG, Garching, Germany,
fell below the 20 % threshold on January 13, 2010 and now amounts to 19.70
% (Amount of Shares: 3,352,152 of 17,019,126 of outstanding shares). 19.70
% of the voting rights (3,352,152 voting rights) are attributed to Mr. Tito
Tettamanti in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sentense 1 no. 1 of the WpHG.
The voting rights attributed to him were held via the following companies
controlled by him, whose share of the voting rights in SÜSS MicroTec AG
amounts to 3 % or more in each case:
· Gritlot Limited, Douglas, Isle of Man
· Sterling Strategic Value Limited, Tortola, British Virgin Islands

Gritlot Limited, Douglas, Isle of Man, have informed us on January 15,
2010, in accordance with section 21 (1) WpHG (German Securities Trading
Act) that its share in the voting rights of SÜSS MicroTec AG, Garching,
Germany, fell below the 20 % threshold on January 13, 2010 and now amounts
to 19.70 % (Amount of Shares: 3,352,152 of 17,019,126 outstanding shares).
19.70 % of the voting rights (3,352,152 voting rights) are attributed to
Gritlot Limited in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sentense 1 no. 1 of the
WpHG.
The voting rights attributed to Gritlot Limited were held via the following
companies controlled by Gritlot Limited, whose share of the voting rights
in SÜSS MicroTec AG amounts to 3% or more in each case:
· Sterling Strategic Value Limited, Tortola, British Virgin Islands

Sterling Strategic Value Limited, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, have
informed us on January 15, 2010, in accordance with section 21 (1) WpHG
(German Securities Trading Act) that its share in the voting rights of SUSS
MicroTec AG, Garching, Germany, fell below the 20 % threshold on January
13, 2010 and now amounts to 19.70 % (Amount of Shares: 3,352,152 of
17,019,126 outstanding shares).
