Mr. Tito Tettamanti, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland,
notified us on March 18, 2008, in accordance with section 21(1) of the
WpHG, of the following corrections to his voting rights disclosures:

In correction of my disclosure of November 12, 2007, I hereby inform you in
accordance with section 21(1) of the WpHG that my share of the voting
rights in SÜSS MicroTec AG, Garching, Germany, exceeded the 3% threshold on
November 12, 2007, and amounted to 3.99% (678,431 voting rights) at this
date. Of this amount, 3.99% (678,431 voting rights) were attributable to me
in accordance with section 22(1) sentence 1 no. 1 of the WpHG. The voting
rights attributed to me were held via the following companies controlled by
me, whose share of the voting rights in SÜSS MicroTec AG amounts to 3% or
more in each case:
- Gritlot Limited, Isle of Man
- Sterling Strategic Value Limited, Tortola, British Virgin Islands

In correction of my disclosure of December 20, 2007, I hereby inform you in
accordance with section 21(1) of the WpHG that my share of the voting
rights in SÜSS MicroTec AG, Garching, Germany, exceeded the 5% threshold on
December 19, 2007, and amounted to 8.53% (1,451,567 voting rights) at this
date. Of this amount, 8.53% (1,451,567 voting rights) were attributable to
me in accordance with section 22(1) sentence 1 no. 1 of the WpHG. The
voting rights attributed to me were held via the following companies
controlled by me, whose share of the voting rights in SÜSS MicroTec AG
amounts to 3% or more in each case:
- Gritlot Limited, Isle of Man
- Sterling Strategic Value Limited, Tortola, British Virgin Islands

In correction of my disclosure of February 21, 2008, I hereby inform you in
accordance with section 21(1) of the WpHG that my share of the voting
rights in SÜSS MicroTec AG, Garching, Germany, exceeded the 10% threshold
on February 19, 2008, and amounted to 10.34% (1,760,491 voting rights) at
this date. Of this amount, 10.34% (1,760,491 voting rights) were
attributable to me in accordance with section 22(1) sentence 1 no. 1 of the
WpHG. The voting rights attributed to me were held via the following
companies controlled by me, whose share of the voting rights in SÜSS
MicroTec AG amounts to 3% or more in each case:
- Gritlot Limited, Isle of Man
- Sterling Strategic Value Limited, Tortola, British Virgin Islands
