SUSS MicroTec AG: Volume Order for Lithography Projection Scanners and
Increase of the Order Entry Guidance for Q3 2015
Corona, USA, September 23, 2015 - SUSS MicroTec Photonic Systems, a
subsidiary of SUSS MicroTec AG, has received a strategically significant
order for multiple DSC300 Gen2 projection scanners from a leading
international semiconductor manufacturer. The lithography projection
scanners are manufactured at the Company's Corona facility and will be used
for advanced packaging applications.
The order is in the high single-digit million Euro bandwidth and will be
included completely in the Q3 2015 accounts. Thereby the Company increases
its order entry guidance for Q3 2015 from formerly 25 - 35 million Euro to
now 30 - 40 million Euro. Additionally SUSS MicroTec reiterates its order
entry guidance for the fourth quarter 2015 of 30 - 40 million Euro.
