In terms of Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that ICRA Ratings vide its letters dated 28[th] April, 2021 has reaffirmed Credit Rating to ICRA A1+(CE) for Rs. 200 crore SBLC backed Commercial Paper Program of Surya Roshni Limited (on the credit enhancement by its bankers). The rating factored in the payment mechanism designed to ensure payment of the rated CPs as per the terms of the transaction.

The aforesaid rating reflects strong credit quality and ensures a very strong degree of safety regarding timely payment of financial obligations by Company.
