has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on SURTECO SE, Buttenwiesen-Pfaffenhofen,
Deutschland, have fallen below the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on
November 04, 2013 and on that day amounted to 4.58% (this corresponds to
710551 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 4.58% of
