On November 07, 2013, Mr Jens Schürfeld, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on SURTECO SE, Buttenwiesen-Pfaffenhofen, Deutschland, have fallen
below the 10% threshold of the Voting Rights on November 04, 2013 and on
that day amounted to 8.65% (this corresponds to 1341926 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 4.58% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 710551 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Schürfeld from PKG Schürfeld GmbH, Hamburg, Deutschland
