Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 1 November 2016, that on that day, Nigel Rogers, Executive Chairman,  disposed of 723,222 ordinary shares of 1 penny each ("Shares") and Julie Rogers (his wife) disposed of  483,809 ordinary shares, both at a price of 3.125p per share.

In addition, Nigel Rogers, purchased 480,000 ordinary shares for his ISA and 247,031 ordinary shares for his SIPP, both at a price of 3.127p per share. Furthermore, Julie Rogers purchased 480,000 ordinary shares for her ISA, at a price of £3.127p per share.

Additionally, on the same day Nigel Rogers transferred 483,809 ordinary shares to Julie Rogers for nil consideration.

Following the transactions, there has been no change to the combined beneficial holding of Nigel Rogers and his wife in the Company and has remained at 3,347,031 shares, representing approximately 0.64% of the issued share capital of the Company.
