("Surface Transforms" or the "Company")

Exercise of Options

Surface Transforms (AIM: SCE) announces that the Company was notified on 16 April 2021 that Steve Harvey, who is a PDMR, has exercised options over a total of 70,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The options were exercised at a price of 15.25p per Ordinary Share. Mr. Harvey intends to register the Ordinary Shares in his ISA. Following the option exercise Mr. Harvey will be beneficially interested in 153,665 Ordinary Shares.

Admission and Total Voting Rights

The new Ordinary Shares will, when issued, rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company. Application will be made for the 70,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on 23 April 2021. Following Admission, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 195,108,319 and shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
