Exercise of Options

Surface Transforms (AIM: SCE) announces that the Company was notified on 18 November 2020 that an employee, who is not a PDMR,  has exercised options over a total of 20,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The options were exercised at a price of 13p per Ordinary Share.

Admission and Total Voting Rights

The new Ordinary Shares will, when issued, rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company. Application will be made for the 20,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on 25 November 2020. Following Admission, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 154,918,319 and shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
