Surface Transforms plc (AIM: SCE) was informed on 25 January 2013 that Investec Wealth & Investment Ltd had disposed of 80,000 ordinary shares in the Company. Following the disposal, Investec Wealth & Investment Ltd is now interested in 1,878,575 ordinary shares, representing 5.84% of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
