Surface Transforms (AIM: SCE) announces that, pursuant to the Placing and Subscription, as described in the announcement dated 20 January 2021, David Bundred, Non-Executive Chairman, and persons closely associated to him, and Richard Gledhill, Non-Executive Director, subscribed for 250,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") that were admitted to trading on AIM on 10 February 2021.

Following the Subscription, David Bundred is beneficially interested in 1,360,025 Ordinary Shares amounting to 0.7% of the voting capital of the Company whilst Richard Gledhill is beneficially interested in 15,013,346 Ordinary Shares, amounting to 7.7% of the voting capital of the Company.

The capitalised terms used in this announcement have the same meanings as in the Launch Announcement dated 19 January 2021, unless otherwise stated.
