Surface Transforms plc (AIM: SCE) announces that on 26 May 2020, the Company received notification that the beneficial interests of Richard Gledhill and Kevin d'Silva, non-executive directors of the Company, increased to 14,813,346 and 1,283,141 ordinaryshares respectively following participation by them and/or persons closely associated with them, in the recent open offer by the Company.  These shareholdings equate to 9.58 per cent. and 0.83 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital.
