Surface Transforms plc (AIM: SCE) announces that the Company was notified on 10 April 2018 that David Bundred, Chairman of the Company, and his wife sold and repurchased an aggregate 275,462 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") through a Bed and ISA arrangement.

Specifically, on 10 April 2018, David Bundred sold a total of 212,791 Ordinary Shares at a price of 14.5p per Ordinary Share and on 10 April 2018 repurchased 137,731 Ordinary Shares at a price of 14.52p per Ordinary Share. On 10 April 2018 his wife Stella Bundred purchased 75,060 Ordinary Shares at a price of 14.52p per Ordinary Share.  Also on 10 April 2018, his wife, Stella Bundred sold a total of 62,671 Ordinary Shares at a price of 14.5p per Ordinary Share and on 10 April 2018 repurchased 62,671 Ordinary Shares at a price of 14.52p per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transactions, Mr. Bundred remains beneficially interested in 894,641 Ordinary Shares which equates to approximately 0.78 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital.
