Surface Transforms plc (AIM: SCE) announces that the Company was notified on 6 July 2017 that David Bundred, Chairman of the Company, sold a total of 249,376 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares) at a price of 16p per Ordinary Share where 124,688 Ordinary Shares were immediately repurchased by him at a price of 16.02p per share through a Bed and ISA arrangement, while 124,688 Ordinary Shares were purchased by his wife at a price of 16.02p per share through a Bed and ISA arrangement.

Following the above transaction, Mr. Bundred remains beneficially interested in 733,341 Ordinary Shares which equates to approximately 0.81 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital.
