Director Dealing and Director Interests in the Company

Surface Transforms plc (AIM: SCE) announces that the Company was notified on 14 April 2016 that Kevin D'Silva, a non-executive director of the Company had purchased 10,875 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 18.14p per share on 14 April 2016.  Mr. D'Silva is now beneficially interested in 920,818 Ordinary Shares which equates to approximately 1.02 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital.
