Surface Transforms (AIM: SCE) announces that on 20 September 2013, the Company received notification that Kevin D'Silva, non-executive director of the Company had transferred 179,319 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 20 September 2013 previously held in his own name to his personal SIPP.  Following this transaction, the beneficial interest of Mr D'Silva remains unchanged at 833,870 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.17 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
