Surface Transforms (AIM: SCE) announces that notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company, to be held at 11.00 a.m. on 24 September 2013 at the offices of Cantor Fitzgerald Europe, 17 Crosswall, London, EC3N 2LS, has been posted to shareholders.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the period ended 31 May 2013 have also been posted to shareholders and are also available on the Company's website at www.surfacetransforms.com.

The postcode of the AGM detailed in the Company's RNS dated 1 August 2013 (RNS Number 6438K) was incorrect and should have been EC3N 2LS, as stated above.
