Hapuna Ventures Announces Name Change and Share Consolidation

November 24, 2020, Vancouver, British Columbia — Hapuna Ventures Inc. announces it has changed its name to “ACME Lithium Inc.” (the “Issuer”) and undertaken a share consolidation of its issued and outstanding common shares on the basis of one post-consolidated share for every seven pre-consolidated common shares.

As a result of the consolidation, the number of outstanding common shares of the Issuer will be reduced to approximately 613,646 shares.

The Issuer’s new CUSIP and ISIN numbers are 00472A106 and CA00472A1066 respectively.
