QUARTERLY ACTIVITIES REPORT – SEPTEMBER 2011.

Unaly Hill (E57/420), Western Australia –Vanadium- Magnetite-Titanium

Upon further review of the RC drilling program carried out in 2010 and the results obtained, the Company has concluded that no further drilling is required to prepare an Inferred Mineral Resource estimate. A comprehensive report has been prepared and submitted to a Competent Person for review and an announcement is expected during the first week of November 2011.

Preliminary pit design and scoping study development plans are also under investigation in order to assess the economic opportunities available to the Company.

Durminskoe gold and silver project, Far Eastern Russia

On 19 April 2011, the Company advised the market that a Heads of Agreement had been entered into to carry out due diligence on the Durminskoe gold and silver project located in Kharbarovski Krai in Far East Russia. The project has had substantial exploration and ‘technical’ assessment carried out to date, and environmental, hydrological and financial studies completed. The Company is actively working to assess previous samples taken from the project.
