CHAIRMAN’S LETTER

INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE IN A NON-RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE

Dear Shareholders,

On behalf of the Board of Directors, I am writing to you today to inform you of an exciting opportunity to further support Surefire Resources NL ( ASX: SRN ) and its growth trajectory, specifically in relation to our high value Yidby Gold Project . We are launching a Rights Issue to raise capital to advance this project while also progressing our other significant projects, and as a valued shareholder, you have the opportunity to participate in this offering.

This Rights Issue is part of our strategy to fund the next stage of exploration and development at the Yidby Gold Project , where we are focused on expanding the resource base and continuing to unlock the significant value we believe is inherent in this asset. The funds raised will primarily be used to:

1. Finance Further Exploration – Drill programs aimed at extending the known mineralization at Yidby, as well as testing new high-priority targets;

2. Resource Definition and Scoping Study – Ongoing geological studies and resource estimation work to define a maiden JORC-compliant resource and establish the project’s economic potential with a Scoping Study on a mining operation; and

3. Working Capital – Strengthening the balance sheet to ensure we are well positioned to progress our other projects as outlined below.

Project Overview

Located in the world-renowned gold-producing region of Western Australia, the Yidby Gold Project represents a high value asset for Surefire Resources. Our geological team has made significant progress in developing the project and the long-term value it can deliver to our shareholders.

The district has a long history of gold production, and our ongoing work aims to unlock additional value by identifying and defining new mineralization zones. Our Yidby Tenements are now surrounded by leading gold mining group Capricorn Metals. Their 3.9Moz Mt Gibson Gold mine lies just 30km to the south within the same greenstone belt and geological setting..

Gold Mineralization: A Strong Foundation for Growth

Our exploration and development to date have yielded excellent results, confirming significant gold mineralization occurs within a 3km strike length, with wide mineralisation widths, and bonanza grades across the project area. There are numerous high-priority exploration targets that we will be testing in the forthcoming drilling program, and we see strong indications for near-term resource expansion and development.

Metallurgical Results: Pathway to Value Creation

In addition to our successful exploration outcomes, we have focused on the metallurgical characteristics of the Yidby mineralisation. The metallurgical test work conducted to date has delivered strong results, with excellent recoveries using conventional processing methods.

These results confirm that the Yidby Gold Project is well-positioned for future development, with the mineralization amenable to straightforward and cost-effective extraction. The favourable metallurgy ensures that we can pursue efficient and profitable pathways to bring this asset into production in a timely and effective manner

Path Forward

Looking ahead, our Yidby Gold Project is poised to benefit from our continued focus on resource delineation, with target planning well advanced for the next phase of drilling. This will have the goal of defining a maiden JORC-compliant resource in the near term and then pursue a Scoping Study for development. The Yidby Gold Project remains a core focus for Surefire Resources, and our ongoing efforts will continue to unlock the potential of this exciting asset and deliver value to our shareholders.

Victory Bore Project: Strategic Expansion and Overseas Funding Initiatives

In addition to our work at Yidby, the Victory Bore Project remains an integral part of our broader growth strategy. Located in a highly prospective region, Victory Bore is now one of the largest critical mineral projects in Australia.

As we look to accelerate the development of the Victory Bore Project, we are actively engaging with overseas strategic partners and funding groups. Our strategy includes seeking partnerships with reputable overseas entities that can provide the necessary capital and technical expertise to bring the project to its next stage of development, ensuring a sustainable and robust future for the project.

Perenjori Magnetite Project: Environmental Pathways and Future Development

The Perenjori Magnetite Project , another key asset in our portfolio, continues to progress through the early stages of development. As we advance toward a more

detailed project timeline, we are currently engaged in important discussions regarding the environmental pathways that will underpin the project's long-term sustainability.

Our team is working closely with regulatory authorities, environmental consultants, and local stakeholders to ensure that all necessary environmental approvals and permits are obtained. These ongoing discussions are crucial in setting the foundation for a successful project.

This Rights Issue has been determined by the Board to provide the necessary capital to both advance the Yidby Gold Project and further our goal of creating substantial value for all shareholders.
