DESPATCH OF NON-RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE

PROSPECTUS

Surefire Resources NL ( ASX:SRN ) ( SRN or the Company ) is pleased to confirm that the Company has today despatched the prospectus (together with personalised entitlement and acceptance forms) in relation to its non-renounceable entitlement offer that was announced on 3 November 2023.

Shareholders are reminded that the offer is currently scheduled to close at 5pm (AWST) on 28 November 2023 (unless otherwise extended).

The Company also advises that notifications have been sent to ineligible shareholders pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 7.7.1(b).
