UPDATE ON EXPIRY OF LISTED OPTIONS
Surefire Resources NL ( ASX:SRN ) ( Surefire or the Company ) is pleased to advise that ALL but 2,886,079 ASX:SRNOC options were exercised on or before the 30 June 2022 expiry date.
SRN is appreciative of the very strong support received from its option holders and advises that each of the Company’s directors fully exercised their option entitlements.
A final Appendix 2A was lodged with ASX on 5 July and ASX:SRN fully paid shares have been issued as a consequence of the exercise requests.
Surefire advises that the securities on issue after the option exercises are as follows:
1,581,363,477 ASX:SRN quoted fully paid shares;
188,785,323 ASX:SRNAK unquoted partly paid shares; and
140,000,000 ASX:SRNAN unquoted partly paid shares.
