Extension of Entitlement Offer Closing Date

Surefire Resources NL ( the Company or SRN ) advises that it has extended the Closing Date of its’ pro-rata non-renounceable rights issue ( NRRI ) to Eligible Shareholders by a further 7 days until 5:00pm WST Tuesday 18 August 2020 . This extension remains subject to the directors’ right to further change the dates and/or close the Entitlement Offer early.

This decision to extend the Closing Date has been taken in response to concerns that the effects of COVID-19 has had an impact on the time taken for the prospectus and accompanying entitlement form to be delivered to some shareholders and the directors consider it reasonable and prudent to allow further time to respond in the circumstances.

The revised timetable for the NRRI is now as follows:

Closing date for acceptance of Allocations (5:00pm AWST)	18 August 2020
Issue date, dispatch of holding statements	25 August 2020
