Non-Renounceable Rights Issue

Surefire Resources NL ( the Company or SRN ) advises that pursuant to the non-renounceable rights issue announced 20 July 2020, the Company has received applications for 208,629,560 New Options from shareholders who have accepted and paid for their entitlement under the Prospectus.

Each New Option will entitle the holder to subscribe for one fully paid ordinary share in SRN and may be exercised upon payment of a further $0.006 on or before 30 June 2022.

Holding statements in relation to the issued New Options will be dispatched in accordance with the revised timetable advised to ASX on 6 August 2020.

The remaining shortfall, which the directors reserve the right to issue in their discretion, amounts to $105,447 (105,447,260 New Options)(the Shortfall ) and has been fully underwritten by CPS Capital Group Pty Ltd.
