Further Rights Issue Allotment

Surefire Resources NL ( the Company or SRN ) advises that it has issued 105,447,260 New Options (each exercisable at $0.006 on or before 30 June 2022) pursuant to shortfall applications for the rights issue first announced on 20 July 2020.

The above New Options were issued in addition to the issue of New Options to shareholders following their rights as announced on 24 August 2020.

Each New Option will entitle the holder to subscribe for one fully paid ordinary share in SRN and may be exercised upon payment of a further $0.006 on or before 30 June 2022.

The Company has now issued a total of 314,076,820 New Options pursuant to the rights issue and shortfall applications, raising a total of $314,077 before costs. This includes a total of $105,447 from investors introduced by CPS Capital Group Pty Ltd who agreed to fully underwrite the nonrenounceable rights issue.

The Company advises that it has closed the fully underwritten rights issue.
