INTENTION TO CALL CONTRIBUTING SHARES
Surefire Resources NL ( Company ) currently has 330,252,600 contributing shares ( Contributing Shares ) on issue. These Contributing Shares were issued pursuant to the prospectus dated 24 April 2018.
The terms of the Contributing Shares provide for a first call of $0.009 per Contributing Share being made within 12 months of its date of issue ( First Call ).
In accordance with the terms of the Contributing Shares, the Company intends to provide notice of the First Call to the holders of the Contributing Shares as per the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
