UPDATE ON SUSPENSION – SUREFIRE RESOURCES NL (SRN)

Surefire Resources NL advises that it is still finalising details and documentations in respect of: -

1. ongoing funding arrangement;

2. new Board structure; and

3. 249D notice, as announced to the market in a trading halt request on 28 July 2017.

As such the Company will update the market upon completion of these matters.

It is expected this will be finalised on or before Monday 7 August 2017.
