Mr Neville Bassett, an accountant with extensive knowledge in matters relating to the operation and administration of listed companies in Australia has been appointed as Company Secretary; and

Mr Rudolf Tieleman has concurrently resigned as Company Secretary but continues in the role of Company Accountant and Office Administrator.
