Surefire Resources NL (ASX: SRN) is pleased to announce the following Board and Company Secretarial changes.

Mr Roger Smith has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Company.

Mr Smith has served on a number of boards of listed companies as both a Non-Executive Chairman and Non-Executive Director as well as having held a number of proprietary company directorships. Mr Smith has been successful in the operations of wholesale/retail businesses, property development and the hotel industry.

Mr Winton Willesee and Miss Erlyn Dale have been appointed as joint company secretaries of the Company.

Concurrently Mr Victor Turco has resigned as a director and company secretary of the Company.
