DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT / RESIGNATION
Black Ridge Mining NL is pleased to advise that Graeme Smith, Company Secretary, has been appointed to its Board of Directors.
Mr Smith is a Principal in a Company Secretarial and Legal advisory firm – FinLaw Corporate Services. He currently holds held CFO and Company Secretary positions with a broad range of Mining and Resources companies. Graeme Smith has over 25 years experience in finance and company administration.
Graeme Smith is also a director of Anglo Australian Resources NL.
Black Ridge Mining also advises that Mr Thomas Gilfillan has resigned from the Board.
Director Vladimir Nikolaenko said, “We have been fortunate to have had the benefit of Mr Gilfillan’s experience and are sorry that he has chosen to move onto other areas, although we will still be able to rely on his expertise as a consultant in the future.”
