APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
Black Ridge Mining NL (ASX: BRD , “the Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment to the Board of Mr Stuart Third as Director effective from 24 May 2013.
Mr Third is the Company Secretary, a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Tax Advisor, and holds a Bachelor of Business and a Master of Taxation.
He is a director of a Western Australian Chartered Accounting practice and has been involved in professional accounting in public practice for over 15 years, undertaking roles in corporate management, finance and corporate governance matters including ASX and ASIC compliance. He has extensive experience in advising companies both listed and in the private sector.
Mr Third has been appointed whilst the Company is currently in discussion with suitable persons to be appointed to the Board.
