APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

The Board of Black Ridge Mining NL has appointed Mr Vladimir Nikolaenko as Company Secretary.

Mr Nikolaenko is also currently a Director of the Company and has been appointed to the position as an interim measure following the resignation of Mr Stuart Third on 29 November 2013. The Company is currently discussing the role with suitably qualified persons with a view to making an appointment and appropriate announcement shortly.
