RESIGNATION OF MANAGING DIRECTOR AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Black Ridge Mining NL wishes to announce that due to other business commitments, Mr Gordon Hatch has resigned as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective today, Monday 28[th] February 2011. Under the terms of the Executive Services Agreement between the Company and Mr. Hatch, he is entitled to three months remuneration on retiring from his position as Managing Director.

The Board expresses their thanks to him for his contribution to the Company.
