RESIGNATION OF MANAGING DIRECTOR AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Genesis Biomedical Limited wishes to announce the resignation of the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Mr Don Valentino.

Under the terms of his employment contract, Mr Valentino has given three months notice and will cease employment as Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective from Tuesday, 31st March 2009.

In addition, Mr Valentino has also notified the Company of his intention to resign as a Director of the Company also effective from Tuesday 31[st] March 2009 to coincide with his scheduled departure date.
