ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Genesis Biomedical Limited ("GBL" or "the Company") writes to provide additional information in regard to the appointment of Mr Donald Valentino as the new Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of GBL.

Mr Valentino is employed under an ongoing employment contract and his remuneration package comprises the following:

• $\ge$ a base salary package (inclusive of directors fees) of \$200,000 per annum plus statutory superannuation;
• $\triangleright$ annual leave of 4 weeks;
• $\triangleright$ the provision of a company vehicle; and
• $\triangleright$ the Board of Directors will determine a performance bonus structure appropriate for the role of Chief Executive Officer.
