Result of Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held on 30th September 2019, all the Resolutions contained in the Notice of the AGM were duly passed on a show of hands. 

The total number of shares in issue at 2pm on 30th of September 2019 was 4,869,956 ordinary shares. 397,714 were voted on representing an 8.17% of voting capital being instructed.

Copies of all special resolutions numbered 11 to 12 will be made available for inspection from the National Storage Mechanism, situated at: http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.

The results of the AGM will be available shortly on the Company's website at www.sureventuresplc.com/documents
