2 The Board of Directors has recommended payment of final dividend @ 1250 % i.e. Rs. 25 per equity share on 12,70,26,870 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each for the year ended 31st March, 2026 which together with Interim Dividend paid @ 550% i.e. Rs. 11 per equity share appregates to @ 1800 % i.e. Rs. 36 per equity share for the current year (Previous year @ 1700%).e. Rs. 34 per equity share). Aggregate outflow on account of dividend for the year will be Rs. 457 Crores as against Rs. 432 Crores in previous year.

2. संघालक मडकाने ३१ मार्च, २०२६ रोजी सपलेल्या वर्षसाठी रु. २/- प्रत्येकीच्या १२,७०,२६,८७० इविवटी शेअर्सवर @ १२५०% म्हणजेच रु. २५/- प्रति इविवटी शेअर्सवर अंतिम लाभांश देण्याची शिफारस केली आहे, ज्यात चालू वर्षासाठी (मागील वर्ष @ १७००% म्हणजेच रु. ३४/- प्रती इविवटी शेअर) करिता अंतरिम लाभांश भरणा @५५०% म्हणजेस रु. १९/- प्रती इक्विटी शेअर एकत्रित करिता & १८००% म्हणजेच रु. ३६/- प्रती इक्विटी शेअर सह एकत्रिपणे अंतिम लाभाश देण्याची शिफारस केली आहे. लाभाशासाठी एकूण बहिर्ताह मागील वर्षात रु. ४३२ कोटीच्या तुलनेत रु. ४५७ कोटीची रक्कम अवशोषित केली जाईल.
