Sub: Intimation of Closure of Trading Window

Dear Sir/Madam,

We wish to inform you that in terms of Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby intimated that the trading window of the Company will remain closed with effect from 01st January, 2022 for the purpose of consideration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2021.

The trading window shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2021.

The date of the Board Meeting in which results will be considered shall be intimated in due course of time.

It is the responsibility of each insider and insider's immediate relatives to ensure compliance with the Insider Code of the Company and shall not deal in the Company's securities during the above period of trading window closure.
