With reference to the above mentioned subject, we wish to inform that a meeting of Board of Directors of our company is scheduled to be held on Friday, February 14, 2025, inter alia, to consider and approve the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the Third quarter ended on December 31, 2024 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
In continuation to our previous intimation of closure of trading window, we would like to inform that the trading window of the Company for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed till February 16, 2025 which is 48 hours after the Board Meeting.
