Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Board Meeting held today, March 03, 2025, inter-alia considered and approved following business matters:

1.Board of Directors of the Company has duly considered and approved the proposed change of the Company's name from “ SUPRA TRENDS LIMITED ” to “ TROFI FOODS LIMITED ,” or to such suitable name as may be made available by the Central Registration Centre (CRC), Ministry of Corporate Affairs and other relevant authority(ies), if any. This change of name is also subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company and the subsequent amendment of the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the Company to reflect the name as approved by respective authorities.

1. Approved the notice of Extra-Ordinary General Meeting to be held on Friday, March 28, 2025 at 09.30 A.M. at M-Banquets, 3rd Floor, Vaishnavi Onyx 1, Kothapet Main Road, Pillar No: 1634, LB Nagar, Hyderabad 500035, India, to consider to passed the resolution to Make Loan / Investments and give guarantee / provide security under Section 186 of the Companies Act, 2013 upto maximum amount of Rs. 10 Crores. The Cut-off date for Voting (remote e-voting and voting at the EGM) for the EGM is March 21, 2025.

3.Appointment of N. Vanitha, Practicing Company Secretary, (M. No. A26859), Hyderabad, as the Scrutinizer to scrutinize the Voting (remote e-voting and voting at the EGM) for the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting to be held on Friday, March 28, 2025 at 03.00 P.M. in a fair and transparent manner.
