With reference to the cited subject, this is to inform you that Ms. Vandana Modani (ACS No: A53323) has resigned from her post as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from the closing hours on Monday, 31[st] May, 2021.

In terms of Regulation 6 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, in the event of resignation of the incumbent Company Secretary and Compliance Officer and until a new Company Secretary is appointed by the Company, Mr. Mathamsetty Venkata Krishna Sunil Kumar, Managing Director (DIN: 03597178), shall act as the Compliance Officer of the Company.
