Appointment of a New Chairman

With reference to our earlier announcement on the 26 August 2024, the Directors of Supply Network Limited (the “Company”) are pleased to confirm the appointment of Mr Robert Fraser as Independent Chairman of the Company.

As previously advised, both Mr Fraser and Mr Forsyth will continue as Members of the Audit & Risk Committee and the Remuneration Committee.
