Re: Chairman of the Board Retirement

The Chairman, Mr Garry Lingard, previously announced his intention to retire from the Board of Directors in the Chairman’s Address to the November 2009 Annual General Meeting.

The Board of Directors now advises that Mr Lingard will retire from the Board immediately following the March 2010 Board Meeting.

The Board also advises that Mr Gregory Forsyth, who has been an independent Non-Executive Director on the Supply Network Board for 4 years, will become Chairman of the Board following Mr Lingard’s retirement.

The Board will investigate the appointment of another independent Non-Executive Director following Mr Lingard’s retirement.
