As indicated in previous announcements Mr Garry Lingard retired as Chairman of the Board and as a Director of the company today. Mr Lingard has been a Director since October 1996 and Chairman of the Board since December 2005.

The Board advises that Mr Gregory Forsyth has been appointed Chairman of the Board. Mr Forsyth has been a Non-executive Director of the company since January 2006.
