Resignation of Non-Executive Director

It is with regret that SUEPRSEARCH PLUS PLC  (AQSE: SSP), The Group currently offers its seafood trading services in Southeast Asia and focuses in particular on Hong Kong, Thailand and China. On 11-July-2025, we have received the resignation notice of Mr. Wai Man Hui as non-Executive Director from the Board with immediate effect as he would like to share more life time with his family members.

Foelan Wong and the Board would like to thank Wai Man Hui for his commitment and contributions and wish him have a beautiful life time with his family.
