DECREASE IN LOSS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2024

This announcement is made by the Company pursuant to Rule 17.10(2) of the GEM Listing Rules and the Inside Information Provisions (as defined under the GEM Listing Rules) under Part XIVA of the SFO.

The Board wishes to inform its Shareholders and potential investors that based on the unaudited consolidated management accounts of the Group for the financial year ended 31 December 2024 and the information currently available, the loss of Group for FY2024 is expected to decrease by over 40% as compared to the net loss of 45.1 million for FY2023.

Shareholders and potential investors of the Company are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company.

This announcement is made by SuperRobotics Holdings Limited (the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") pursuant to Rule 17.10(2) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on GEM (the "GEM Listing Rules") and the Inside Information Provisions (as defined under the GEM Listing Rules) under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (the "SFO").

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of the Company wishes to inform the shareholders of the Company (the "Shareholders") and its potential investors that, based on the unaudited consolidated management accounts of the Group and the information currently available, it is expected the loss of the Group for the year ended 31 December 2024 ("FY2024") is expected to decrease by over 40% as compared to the loss of HK$45.1 million for the year ended 31 December 2023 ("FY2023").

The decrease in the net loss is attributable to decrease in finance cost; administrative expenses and incurred a realized gain on fair value change of financial assets at fair value though profit or loss.

The Company is still in the process of finalising the Group’s consolidated results for the financial year ended 31 December 2024.
